Here are the pools for the Normangee 7-on-7 State Qualifying Tournament. None of the eight teams have qualified for the state tournament so this will be a good one to watch.
I see Pool A as being a battle between Lexington led by Clinton Hutson and Normangee.
Mike's Pick: Normangee
Pool B will be the best pool to watch. Mart will have some great athletes and Rockdale will have QB Joseph Sanders BUT New Waverly will showcase the Watts brothers. RB Tyren Watts 4.5 speed was 2nd Team All State last year. WR Kyren Watts and WR/LB Xzavious Harrison 6-3, 200, 4.7 also star on this very talented team.
