Notes:
The Woodlands will battle Lufkin again for the district title. The Highlanders have had winning seasons 10 of the last 11 years and they should get another one this year. They may not have the passing game they had last year (even though they did pretty well in 7 on 7) but their running game should be great. Look for Daniel Lasco to have a great season (1500+ yards) behind that very good offensive line. The defense will also be very tough once again. They feature a very good group of linebackers along with DB Clapsaddle.
