5A Odessa Running Back Ronnie Marquez ran for 268 yards and scored 4 TDs during their 37-23 win over El Paso Franklin.

2A Holliday rallied from 13 points down in the last 3 minutes of the game to force OT vs. Cisco but Cisco still got the win 41-40.

5A Cypress Woods Defensive Back Bryce Callahan had 12 tackles, two interceptions, a forced fumble and a punt return for a TD during their 38-28 win over Round Rock Westwood.

3A Glen Rose Quarterback Colt Plaster passed for 499 yards and 5 TDs during their 49-44 loss to Wimberley.

2A Caddo Mills Running Back Nathan Jeffery had 40 carries for 298 yards and 4 touchdowns and a 97 blocked extra point return during their 29-28 win over Kerens.

3A Graham Quarterback Case McCoy threw for 5 TDs during their 42-14 win over Borger.

Bad Luck for the new guys. 4A Manvel has missed out on the playoffs for the last two years after losing a coin flip. They have been playing varsity ball for 2 years.

3A Mathis Running Back Donnie Butler ran for 301 yards and scored 4 TDs during their 41-24 win over Lyford.

3A Edna Quarterback Kam Jones passed for 367 yards and 3 TDs, ran for 260 yards and 5 TDs, and intercepted a pass in a 54-40 win over Luling.

Cayuga Running Back Traylon Shead ran for 172 yards during their 64-21 victory over Beckville. He remains #2 on the all-time Career Rushing Yards list with 9,397 yards. He also scored 3 more touchdowns to bring his total to 131. This total puts him in 3rd place in all-time Career Touchdowns right behind Caddo Mills Nate Jeffery. The top spot is held by Jacquizz Rodgers, Lamar Consolidated, 2004-07 with 136.

Caddo Mills Running Back Nate Jeffery scored 4 TDs during their 29-28 win over Kerens to bring his Career Touchdowns total to 132. He is now at #2 in all-time Career Touchdowns just behind Jacquizz Rodgers, Lamar Consolidated, 2004-07 with 136.

Bushland Quarterback Sawyer Cornelius threw 4 tDs to bring his total to 48 which ties him for 16th place all-time with Chandler Dane, Decatur, 2004 and MANUEL JOHNSON, Gilmer, 2004. Denton Ryan Quarterback Scotty Young threw for 4 TDs to bring his total to 48 which also ties him for 16th place all-time. Alpine Quarterback Dominic Scott will end his season after throwing for 2 TDs to bring his total to 42. Graham Harrells single season touchdown record is 67.

Round Rock Westwood Kicker Jordan Williamson did not kick a field goal in their 28-38 loss to Cypress Woods. He ends his career with 32 Career Field Goals which puts him 11th place in all-time career FGs.

Cedar Hill Kicker Eduardo Camara kicked 1 field goals during their 31-22 win over Plano West. This now gives him 38 Career Field Goals to move into a tie for 3rd place all-time with CHRIS BOSWELL, Keller Fossil Ridge, 2005-08. Next up with 42 is GARRETT HARTLEY, Southlake Carroll, 2001-03.

Laredo United Quarterback Alvaro Garcia threw for a state-record 595 yards three years ago. He also threw the ball 68 times putting him into a tie for 5th place all-time for pass attempts in a game with Scotty Young, Denton Ryan vs. Frenship, 2008.

Blake Jumonville was the primary receiver making 19 catches for 386 yards. The 19 catches ties him for 3rd all-time for receptions in a game with Steven Ortiz, Austin Akins (5A) vs. Austin Travis, 2004, Jeremy Robinson, Palmer (2A) vs. Kerens, 1991, Labron Cornell, Midlothian (4A) vs. Waxahachie, 1990, KENNETH SHELTON, PA Jefferson (5A) vs. PA Lincoln, 1999, KYLE GUINYARD, Ennis (4A) vs. Kilgore, 2008, and KEITH TALBERT, Lumberton (4A) vs. Jasper, 2001. The 386 yards receiving breaks the all-time record that was held by Randy Boone, Chillicothe (1A) vs. Aspermont, 1984 with 357 yards.

Euless Trinity scored 88 points during their victory over Flower Mound. This broke the Class 5A playoff record (73) that was held by Lubbock Monterey.
