Beckville has hired Jason Ballenger as their new Athletic Director and Head Coach. He will be replacing Donald Hubbard who has stepped down from the position.
Hubbard has a 21-21 during his 4 seasons as Head Coach for the Bearcats. His all-time coaching record is 71-76.
Ballenger was the defensive coordinator last season. The Bearcats went 5-6 last season and are on a 2 year losing streak. They will be part of a 4 team district for the next 2 seasons. District 12-1A Division 2 will consist of Gilmer Union Hill, Mount Enterprise, Tenaha and the Bearcats.
