Valley Mills has hired former Brady Offensive Coordinator David Wells as their next Athletic Director and head coach of the Eagles. Wells will replace Mike Finnell who has led the Eagles for the past two seaons.
Wells will attempt to breathe life into the Valley Mills football program that has struggled. Over the past two years, the Eagles have posted a 2-18 record under former head coach Mike Finnell. They will compete in District 7-1A Division I for the next two seasons. Other members of the district are Bosqueville, DeLeon, Itasca and Santo.
