2011 Coaching Change: Iola Bulldogs
Old Head Coach: Roddy McDougald — Resigned after leading the Bulldogs to a 8-22 record over the last 2 seasons. Has also been an asistant at Conroe and Nueces Canyon. He was the Bulldogs defensive coordinator for 15 years before taking over as head coach.
New Head Coach: Scott Bishop -- Was the Bulldogs defensive coordinator for the last three years. He is a graduate of Iola and will be taking on his first head coaching job.
Team News: 2010 ended a 3 year losing steak where the Bulldogs went 2-28.
