Lovejoy Hires Former Lake Travis OC

2012 Coaching Change: Lucas Lovejoy Leopards

Old Head Coach: Jim Bob Puckett — Moves up to Lovejoy’s Athletic Director only position. He led the Leopards to a 36-14 record over the last 4 seasons.

New Head Coach: Matt Green — Did not coach last season. He was last the offensive coordinator at Austin Lake Travis winning 3 state championships. He was also an assistant at Stephenville.

Team News: The Leopards have won an incredible 72% of their games since beginning varsity play in 2008. They will now move up to Class 4A. They will be in District 13-4A along with Denison, Greenville, McKinney North, Royse City, Sherman, Wylie and Wylie East.
