Denton Hires Keller Head Coach

2012 Coaching Change: Denton Broncos

Old Head Coach: Randy Patzkowski -- Retired after leading the Broncos to an overall 11-60 record over the last 7 seasons. His only other head coaching job was at 3A/4A Lake Dallas where he went 13-9 over 2 seasons. He was also an assistant at McKinney and Richardson Pearce after coaching at Oklahoma, LSU and Oklahoma State.

New Head Coach: Kevin Atkinson -- Left 5A Keller after leading the Indians to a 50-55 record over the last 10 seasons. He was the offensive coordinator for Denton Ryan during their 2001 Championship season.

Team News: The Broncos are on a 8 year losing streak going 13-68. They will move from 4-4A to District 5-4A for the next two seasons with Azle, Denton Guyer, Lake Dallas, Northwest Nelson, Fort Worth Brewer, Wichita Falls and Wichita Falls Rider.
