Mike Says: The Tigers made a surprising run last year all the way to the Regionals. That will be difficult to repeat but their offense will be set to keep them in any game. QB Johson has two very good receivers in Rogers and Kelly and they should create matchup problems. Look for them to fall back a little this year though and go 6-4 or 5-5 in the regular season. After Cedar Park and Leander the district is wide open.

Chris Says: Dripping Springs outplayed themselves last season as their 9-4 record brought coach Bob Schultz to a positive in wins and losses (28-27-0.) While this season's squad of Tigers isn't likely to play under .500, they are not likely to have the same kind of run as last year. If the new starters on the line can give quarterback Kyle Johnson the protection to pass like last season, they could win 6 or 7 games.
