Mike Says: The Vipers doubled their wins last year over 2010. This year, they return 15 starters from that team and will be pretty good. Their defense will be pretty tough after holding 6 teams to 10 points or less last year. Look for them to go 6-4 or 7-3 in the regular season and get that 3rd or 4th playoff spot.

Chris Says: Leander Vandegrift took a big leap forward last season. The Vipers will not only not double their wins again this year, it is unlikely they will equal last year's total. They bring back a lot of experience and for that reason will be in the thick of things in the district, but there is just too much talent on the other teams for them to have a legitimate shot at the title. Vandegrift will likely make the playoffs but should fall three rounds in at the latest.
