Coaches Comments: District Outlook: We will be very young and need to improve weekly to have a chance in our strong district. Daingerfield, New Boston, Hooks and Mt. Vernon

Mike Says: The Patriots struggled in district last season where none of their losses where close. This is a really tough district and they will need to improve in those games make the playoffs this year. This years team will feature a strong offensive line. Look for them to go 3-7 or 4-6 in the regular season. They may not make the playoffs this year but they could build the foundation to make it in the future.

Chris Says: Pattonville Prairiland is going to have a tough season as much because of the strength of their district as anything. Sure, it doesn't help that they are not bringing back a lot of starters, but at the end of the day, the other programs in their district just have so much more going for them. Coach Schuelke will need to get them believing in themselves again if they are to hope for a .500 season.
