Mike Says: The Tigers only bring back 4 starters and 14 lettermen from last years playoff team. Even with that, coach Norton has never had a losing season with the Tigers and will not have one this year either. The defense will be tough led by Junior linebacker Rhone. Look for them to battle Sulphur Springs for the district title. Once in the playoffs, they will go Division I and make it 2 or 3 rounds into the playoffs.

Chris Says: Texarkana has turned in some amazing seasons in coach Barry Norton's 13 years. The shortage of returning starters will hurt, but the Tigers will be fine. Expect another good season.
