  • Mike Says: This is game that could have 2 eventual state champions going at it. Stamford is one of the best in Class 1A Division I while Cisco is one of the best in Class 2A Division II. Both were state runner-ups last year. Stamford will feature QB Hagen Hutchinson (753 yards 12 TDs passing 294 yards rushing) and LB Daniel Medina (43 tackles). Cisco has ran for 1,155 yards RB Mason Reed (391 9 TDs) on the season and have only given up 575. This will be a fun one. The LOBOES win it 24-23!!
  • Chris Says: I'm a Cisco fan and while I think Stamford has one heck of a good team, I just never got on that bandwagon.  Right now, Cisco is putting up more points and has played some good teams.  While I think Stamford's Hagen Hutchinson is the kind of player that can be a difference maker for the Bulldogs, I just can't pick against Cisco yet.  Hey, they won the first Fan Champs Award of the year so I have to be loyal.  The LOBOES take the win 31-24!!!

Are you a fan of either team? Call the voicemail line and leave a message about the game (713) 568-6361. Tell everyone at your school to do the same – then listen in future Lone Star Gridiron Shows to hear them all!!!
