Dallas Jesuit 57, Strake Jesuit 0
This was a unique game between 2 non-UIL schools and LSG was there!! It turned out to be a mismatch. Dallas Jesuit was able to move the ball at will and their defense stuffed the Strake Jesuit offense. It was 47-0 at halftime and Dallas Jesuit out-gained them 301-66. Superstar WR Jake Oliver caught 7 passes for 123 yards and scored 3 TDs while only working the 1st quarter. He was playing in the 2nd quarter but they never looked at him.

Carthage 30, Tyler Chapel Hill 6
Carthage now leads this series 21-6 since 1976

Colleyville Heritage 35, Flower Mound 14
Heritage QB Cody Thomas completed 22 of 36 passes for 278 yards for the game. For the season, he has completed 74 of 118 passes for 937 yards and 6 TDs.

Whitehouse 38, Sulphur Springs 33
The teams combined for more than 1,100 yards in a rainy game. Whitehouse stays unbeaten at 3-0 while Sulphur Springs drops to 1-2. Wildcats quarterback Patrick Mahomes passed for 360 yards, ran for 121 yards and scored 4 TDs. Wildcat WR Dylan Cantrell now has 18 receptions for 377 yards and 5 TDs on the season. For his career he now has 105 receptions for 1,791 yards and 26 TDs.

East Bernard 44, Hempstead 8
The Brahmas started off fast taking a 37-8 lead at halftime to cruise to a victory over a very good Hempstead team. This was one of LSG's games of the week. The Brahmas finished with 434 yards of total offense.

Tyler John Tyler 21, Tyler Lee 0
The Lions from John Tyler won this 57th meeting of the Rose City Rivalry. They now lead this all-time series 29-27-1. Tyler Lee had dominated this series as of late and the Lions are now 3-13 against the Red Raiders since 1999. John Tyler's defense was the story of the night holding Lee to only 139 total yards of offense.

Munday 55, Albany 28
The Moguls defeated their 3rd consecutive Top 10 Class 1A school with this victory. Mogul QB Dee Paul accounted for 357 total yards of offense and scored 4 TDs. Munday led 42-7 at halftime. The was Mundays 850th all-time game.

Corpus Christi Flour Bluff 19, Corpus Christi Calallen 16
The Flour Bluff defense held Calallen to 185 total yards to get a big upset victory. Flour Bluff improves to 3-0 while Calallen falls to 2-1. Calallen still leads the all-time series 33-16 but only have a 5-4 advantage in last 9 games.

DeSoto 42, Euless Trinity 21
The Eagles welcomed the Trojans back to Texas football after Euless played two out of state teams during the first 2 weeks of the season. This was one of LSG's games of the week. DeSoto opened up a big 28-7 lead at halftime and got a big game from QB Desmon White (197 yards passing, 116 yards rushing and 3 total TDs).

Gregory-Portland 35, Corpus Christi Carroll 21
G-P Wildcat running back Devin Bisby ran for 159 yards and scored 4 TD's during their victory in the "Battle Of The Bridge". Gregory-Portland now leads this all-time series 22-18-1 including winning the last 4 in a row. Bisby now has 80 carries for 573 yards and 9 TDs on the season.

A&M Consolidated 35, Austin Westlake 17
Westlake led this one 17-14 in the 3rd quarter before Consolidated scored 3 late TDs to pull away and get the win. Westlake still leads this series 9-5 during the regular season since 1996. They are 1-1 in state semifinal games against each other.

Angleton 39, Nederland 31
Angleton holds on for this win of top 4A teams in what was one of the LSG Games Of The Week. Nederland scored in the 4th to make it 32-31 Angleton. They went for 2 and did not get it. The Wildcats went on to score another late TD to seal the win.

Abilene Wylie 31, Graham 7
Wylie now leads this series 14-6 since 1994 including 3-0 in the playoffs.

Langham Creek 32, Cypress Woods 31
The Lobos rallied to get a District 17-5A opener win. Creek had led 25-9 but Woods scored 22 unanswered points to go up 31-25 late in the game. The Lobos then went 77 yards on the winning drive to score a TD and get the extra point with 2:33 left in the game.

Pflugerville 34, San Antonio Reagan 7
Pflugerville RB Clarence Guidry rushed for three touchdowns in the match up of previously undefeated teams. This was Reagan's Head Coach David Wetzel's 100th all-time game coached at Reagan.

Southlake Carroll 34, Temple 0
Carroll QB Kenny Hill ran for 237 yards and three TDs and passed for another 132 yards. Temple quarterback Zach Allen completed 35 of 58 passes for 372 yards on the night.

Pasadena South Houston 52, Dickinson 49 OT
The teams combined for over 1,000 yards of total offense. Dickinson had a chance to win it in regulation but missed a short field goal with the scored tied at 49 as time expired. In overtime, South Houston connected on a 36 yard field goal but Dickinson missed a 41 yarder to end the game. Gator running back Krysten Hammon made the record books by running for 459 yards and five touchdowns.

Smithson Valley 51, El Paso Montwood 29
The Rangers only led this one 10-7 at halftime before the teams erupted for 63 points in the 2nd half.

Wichita Falls Rider 26, Amarillo 17
Rider QB J.T. Barrett scored from 1 yard out with 9 seconds left in the game to take a 20-17 lead. They then score on a fumble recovery to make the final 26-17. The Sandies controlled most of the game with 262 yards rushing.

Longview 41, Marshall 0
Longview won their 12th game in row in this 102nd meeting between these 2 schools. They lead this series 56-41-5 all-time. Longview Head Coach John King became the #2 winningest coach in Longview history during the victory.

Arlington Bowie 38, Dallas Skyline 36
Bowie held back a 4th quarter Skyline comeback bid to get a huge upset victory. Bowie led this one 38-16 beginning the 4th quarter. Skyline scored 20 unanswered points in the 4th and scored late in the game and went for two but the attempt was no good securing the Bowie win.

Amarillo Caprock 43, Lubbock Estacado 33
Caprock QB Michael Guerrero completed 19 passes on 37 attempts for 469 yards and 3 TDs. His favorite target, WR Bustos Addison caught 13 passes for 392 yards and 2 TDs. For the season, Guerrero has gone 75 of 117 for 1,327 yards and 17 TDs. Addison now has 38 receptions for 848 yards and 9 TDs on the season.

Coldspring-Oakhurst 27, La Marque 21, OT
The Trojans were able to pull off an OT upset over the Cougars from La Marque. La Marque led this one 21-13 in the 4th but the Trojans scored and converted the 2 point conversion to tie it at 21 with a little less than 4 minutes to go. In OT, La Marque was stopped on their possession and the Trojans were able to get it in for the big victory.

Booker 37, Wichita Falls JV 15
Booker sophomore quarterback Hunter Lile was 23 of 44 passing for 273 yards and four touchdowns. For the season, he is 75 of 124 for 984 yards and 10 TDs.

Austin Lake Travis 28, Round Rock Westwood 24
The Cavaliers scored with 2:24 left in the game to get their 25th consecutive win. Lake Travis opened up the game with a 16-0 lead but Westwood stormed back and took a 24-16 lead early in the 2nd half. Lake Travis QB Baker Mayfield has completed 57 passes on 82 attempts for 936 yards and 12 TDs on the season. For his career, he is now 304 of 460 for 4,724 yards and 57 TDs.

Katy 63, The Woodlands 10
Katy had 410 yards rushing and out gained The Woodlands 516-304 during the blowout. This was an LSG Game Of The Week.

Daingerfield 21, Clarksville 6
Daingerfield scored TDS in each of the final 3 quarters to get the win in what was one of LSG's Games Of The Week.

Cameron Yoe 34, Rockdale 0
Yoe quarterback Jason Kopriva passed for 178 yards to lead Yoe to their 40th victory in the series. They now lead this series 40-18 all-time.

Cibolo Steele 56, Kerrville Tivy 17
The Knights led this one 35-3 at the half. Kerrville Tivy still leads this series 3-2 all-time. Steele RB Justin Stockton finished the night with 13 carries for 124 yards and 2 TDs. For the season, he has 59 carries for 620 yards and 8 TDs.

Stephenville 31, Beaumont Ozen 6
The Stephenville defense held Ozen to 119 yards of total offense in this game of the Lone Star Sports High School Football Classic. The win was Stephenville's 575th all-time.

Converse Judson 45, San Antonio Churchill 24
Judson now leads this all-time series 26-8.

Collinsville 23, Petrolia 0
Collinsville QB John Lewis carried the ball 24 times for 131 yards and scored 3 TDs during the win. For the season, he now has 74 carries, 543 yards and 8 TDs rushing.

Alvarado 20, Fort Worth Southwest 13
Alvarado was able to intercept a pass in their end zone with only 36 seconds left in the game to secure the victory. This was one of LSG's Games Of The Week.

El Campo 56, Bay City 7
El Campo won by the largest margin of victory in the 109th edition of the states longest continuous rivalry. The Ricebirds dropped to 3A this year, so these schools played each other as non-district opponents for the first time since 1979. El Campo now leads this all-time series 57-43-9 and has won 6 straight.

Columbus 28, Altair Rice Consolidated 6
Columbus QB Tyson Simcik completed 18 of 27 passes for 272 yards and 4 TD's. For the season, he is now 70 of 127 for 774 yards and 9 TDs.

Jasper 53, Kirbyville 13
This game was 14-13 in the first quarter before Jasper scored the games final 39 points. Jasper now leads this all-time series 30-9-4.

Crowley 28, Red Oak 24
Crowley scored 22 unanswered points in the 4th quarter including a touchdown with 1:23 remaining to top off a huge comeback. Crowley RB Larry Cheeks had 22 carries for 173 yards and 1 TD during the game. For the season, he now has 82 carries for 677 yards and 7 TDs.

Idalou 28, Littlefield 7
Littlefield returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown but that was the only one they got. With the win Idalou was able to tie up this series at 5-5 since 2002.

Katy Mayde Creek 31, Tomball 21
Creek RB Troy McCormick rushed for 270 yards and 2 scores on 30 carries during the win. He now has 70 carries for 722 yards and 7 TDs on the season.

Lufkin 45, Nacogdoches 7
Lufkin now leads this series all-time 65-21-6 including 19 in a row

Port Lavaca Calhoun 49, Somerset 6
Calhoun finished the night with 555 yards rushing, led by Jakorious Williams who had 255. For the season, Williams has 49 carries for 685 yards and 10 TDs.

McAllen 40, McAllen Rowe 21
Rowe still leads this all-time series 11-10.

San Diego 42, Freer 21
San Diego RB Luis Lope carried the ball 22 times for 231 yards scoring 3 TDs. That makes 3 consecutive 200+ yard rushing games for Lope. For the season, he now has 58 carries for 721 yards and 10 TDs with a 12.43 yard per carry average.

Odessa Permian 45, Odessa 6
Permian lead this one 35-0 at halftime. They now lead the all-time series 45-9-1 .....they are 5-4 in last 9.

Shiner 27, Schulenburg 24
The Comanches ran for 339 yards on the night. They scored the go ahead touchdown with 2:53 remaining in the game. Schulenburg still leads this series 10-7 since 1994.
