  • Mike Says: This series has been all Daingerfield lately. Last years battle was a classic though with Daingerfield winning 54-48 in overtime. This will be the 3rd time this year that The Tigers will be featured in an LSG Game of the week. It will the first ever for New Boston. The Tigers are led by QB Edwin Mims and Ruben Mims on defense. The Lions have been playing great all year outscoring their opponents 224-43. I had Daingerfield beating New Boston for the district championship in my preseason previews but the Lions are ready to end the streak. The LIONS win 24-21!!
  • Chris Says: Daingerfield has played a much tougher schedule and although they lost a couple, they are much more battle tested.  The problem with that is that New Boston has had this game circled on their schedule since their overtime loss to the Tigers last season.  If they get up for any game, it will be this one.  Daingerfield has already proven they can look past an opponent (Gladewater, Atlanta) but it is hard to imagine them looking past the Lions.  In the end, the TIGERS win it 38-33!!!
