Mike Says: It is surprising to me that Aledo is 4-3 in our Games Of The Week even though they are the defending state champions. This year they are 1-1 in the big games as Southwest lost earlier in the season against Alvardo. Southwest comes in on a 4 game winning streak beating their opponents by an average of 35 1/2 points per game. Aledo has been equally impressive winning their last 5 by an average of 44.6 points per game. You would expect a high scoring game but it will only be by one side. Aledo is led by QB Pate Davis (1,278 yards passing 15 TDs), LB Jordan Mittie (74 tackles) and DB Shea Wood (44 tackles 4 INTs). The BEARCATS win it 44-21!!

Chris Says: This is a tough one. Both of these teams are rock solid and rolling over people. Both teams have one misstep on their schedule this season and both of them lost to solid teams. Although I think Aledo is due for another stumble before the year ends, I don't think it will be this one. The BEARCATSS win 31-14!!!
