2013 Coaching Change: Brownsboro Bears
Old Head Coach: Ty Thomison -- Resigned after leading the Bears for the past 2 seasons to a 6-14 record. Before taking over as head coach, he was an assistant with the Bears for 15 seasons. He is a 1991 Brownsboro graduate where he was the starting QB.
New Head Coach: Jason Hooker -- From Texarkana Liberty-Eylau where he has been the offensive coordinator for the past 9 seasons. He was with the Liberty-Eylau teams in 1999 and 2006 when they won state championships. He has also been an assistant at 4A Waxahachie.
Team News: The Bears have gone 12-16 over the past 3 seasons.
