Mike Says: The Lobos are always a good team and this year will be no exception. Last year, they lost their starting QB in first game and still made the Regionals. They will be a very tough Division II team this year. Look for them to win the district title and then battle with Austin Westlake and Austin Lake Travis for the Regional title.

Chris Says: Longview is still representing well in their move back up to 5A and despite being one of the smallest teams in District 12-5A, they are still in the thick of the district title race. The Lobos graduated a lot of talent, but bring back a solid passing game that will light up opponents lacking DB skill. Expect another fine playoff run.
