* El Paso Montwood WR Ruben Portillo caught 16 passes for 141 yards and 0 TDs vs. Smithson Valley. The 16 receptions puts him in a tie for 34th place all-time.

Week 3

* Tulia QB Jon Martinez completed 29 of 41 passes for 511 yards and 5 TDs vs. Panhandle. The 511 yards puts him in 46th place all-time.

Last Week

* Southlake Carroll QB Ryan Agnew completed 31 of 35 passes for 307 yards and 3 touchdowns during their victory over Keller. The 31 completions puts him in a tie for 120th place all-time.

* Lampassas edged Brownwood 61-56 and Weslaco East won 63-56 over McAllen Memorial and Tyler Lee overcame Mesquite 61-54 to make the all-time list for poinst scored in a regular season game by both teams.

* Spring Dekaney RB Demarcus Felton rushed for 371 yards during their game against Klein. That puts him in a tie for 127th place all-time.

* Copperas Cove WR Phillip Baptiste caught 17 passes for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns during their game against Temple. The 17 receptions puts him in a tie for 21st place all-time.     John H. Reagan (Houston) has won it’s first district title in 54 years! The last time we won Eisenhower was president. It is time once again for this inner city high school to stand up and be recognized.
