Mike Says:  In Division I, we have tradition rich teams Carthage and Argyle playing for the title. In Division II, this is the year Cuero makes it back to the title game. We had them going last year so this year, they will take care of business. It will be tough though as they have to go through Geronimo Navarro and West Orange-Stark. District 6 4A DII will be fun to watch as they have the #2, #3, #8 and #10 teams in it. We have them all facing each other again in the Regionals with Texarkana Pleasant Grove playing Texarkana Liberty-Eylau and Gilmer playing Pittsburg.

Chris Says: Class 4A has been one of my favorite groups in recent years and we are looking for another exciting season of amazing matchups. We have perennial powers Carthage and Argyle set to face off in a title game - it can't get a whole lot better than that... unless you look at DII - we are talking a slugfest between Cuero, Texarkana Pleasant Grove, Gilmer, West Orange-Stark, Geronimo Navarro etc... and if you sleep on Wimberley we could see them in a rematch of one of the classic battles from last season's playoffs. And even though I skimmed through DI, a team like Stephenville could knock off Arygle in the Region II final and be sitting in Arlington and the end of December. Any of these teams could just as easily upset the apple cart of the favorites, I am super stoked!!
