Southeast Texas High School Coaches Association All-Star Game

The Southeast Texas High School Coaches Association will host a high school all-star football game for seniors set for June 12 at The Reservation at Port Neches-Groves.

The East Team will be led by West Orange-Stark Head Coach Dan Hooks. The schools that make up the East Team are Evadale, High Island, Burkeville, Sabine Pass, Warren, Deweyville, Woodville, Buna, Kirbyville, Silsbee, West Orange-Stark, Bridge City, Hardin-Jefferson, Orangefield, Hamshire-Fannett, Jasper, Port Neches-Groves, Beaumont Central, Vidor, Nederland, Little Cypress-Mauriceville, Port Arthur and Legacy.

The West Team will be led by Newton Head Coach Curtis Barbay. The schools that make up the West Team are Colmesniel, Hull-Daisetta, West Hardin, Chester, East Chambers, Anahuac, Hardin, Kountze, Newton, Cleveland, Coldspring-Oakhurst, Sheppard, Huffman, Liberty, Splendora, Tarkington, Lumberton, Crosby, Barbers Hill, Dayton, Beaumont Ozen, Beaumont West Brook and Beaumont Kelly.

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. that Saturday night.

At the game's conclusion, an offensive and defensive MVP will be chosen from each team and will be awarded with $500 of scholarship money.
