Celina #5 in 3A won their only game against each other last year 40-0. Both teams are coming in with 3-0 records and only Celina has been challenged in any game (1 point victory over Plano Prestonwood Christian). The Bobcats were highlighted in LSG's Games Of The Week last week vs. Pilot Point and they won easily.

Mike Says: Melissa will need a big game from their quarterback Wes McQueen who has thrown for 807 yards and 10 TDs. For the year, the Cardinals are pretty balance with 812 yards passing to go with 695 yards rushing. The Bobcats are one of the best in 3A and they will prove it again. The BOBCATS win 32-17!!!
Chris Says: Again not sure why this one made the Games of the Week. Sure, Melissa is a good team. Sure, they are 3-0. Seriously though, are they in the same category as Celina? I am not just referring to the "mystique" of Celina, not even the "history" of Celina. I am simply talking about the fact that this Celina Bobcat team is good. Real good! Celina takes this one 34-20!!!
