Mike says: The Southlake Carroll Dragons needed an amazing comeback last week over Dallas Skyline to get to their 9th all-time state championship game. We had the Dragons picked to go to the championship in our pre-season preditions but in Division II. Fort Bend Hightower looks to be getting better every week. I watched them early in the year when The Woodlands shut them down. They are much better now and quarterback Braylon Addison is just an amazing player to watch. The Dragons will find a way to shut him down though and will not need a comeback this time. The DRAGONS win 35-21!!!!

Chris says: Southlake Carroll has been doing what it takes to win ball games. Whether you believe in the ghost of the "silver fox" or just the fact that a team with a strong tradition can go further than it appears on paper, these Dragons think they have what it takes to win another state title. Fort Bend Hightower on the other hand, is just a powerhouse driven by the legs, arm & instincts of Braylon Addison. Sure, there are a lot of other great players on the team, including running back Joshua Wilhite and an amazing offensive line. In the end, Addison is getting better with each game and in their victory last week over San Antonio Madison was nothing short of phenomenal. Fort Bend still remembers their state title loss to Allen in 2008 and do not want a repeat. The HURRICANES win 38-30!!!
