Mike Says: The Lions lost to Lexington twice last year so they are glad to see that they are out of the district. With that being the case, they went out and scheduled them for a non-district game. That will be one that everyone will be watching. They only bring back 3 offensive starters from last year but they bring back 2,000 yard rusher Floyd and 2,000 yard rusher Morrow. What a running game they will have. Look for them to continue their success and go 8-2 or 9-1 in the regular season. They will fight Teague and Crockett for the district title. With such a strong running game they will go to at least the Regionals.

Chris Says: Franklin returns very little off last year's 10 win team, but RBs Darius Floyd and Chris Morrow are two of those returners, so the Lions should be fine. Expect Franklin to repeat last season's success even though they move up to Division I.
