Mike Says:The Wildcats are primed form another great season. Their head coach Phil Danaher is entering his 30th year and has a chance to take over the 2nd spot for all-time coaching wins. This years team will feature a great defense that has 7 starters coming back. Their linebackers may be the best unit in the state with Moses, Revels and Young making up the trio. Look for them to win 8 or 9 games in the regular season and battle Calhoun for the district title. Another trip to at least the Regionals come playoff time.

Chris Says: Coach Danaher's Calallen Wildcats will have their coach's run for the record books as a sideline to their season. That motivation, along with a bunch of veteran defensive players, leads me to believe we will see another great Wildcats team. I mean, when do they NOT put a good team on the field? Not since I've been around. Calallen will be in the battle for the district crown and have another solid playoff run.
