Matt talks with Stephon about how important his grades are as a student athlete. Johnson goes over his workout routine with Matt and explains how his dad helps him design the workouts.

Marc talks with Johnson about how important route-running is for a wide receiver and his process to work on fine-tuning his skills. Stephon talks about his normal day includes since he is now taking his classes from home. Johnson tells Marc about his goals for the 2020 season and the team goals that the Lancaster Tigers have set for the upcoming season. Stephon explains in depth what WEBO means to the Lancaster Tiger program.
