Season 2 Episode 2

Today Marc talks with C/O 2022 DB DeJuan Lewis from Shadow Creek HS. Lewis is one of the top returning starters for the Sharks defense and has gained recognition around the State of Texas heading into the 2021 season.

DeJuan explains how he began playing sports at an early age and how his parents being athletes helped him fall in love with football and baseball. DeJuan talks about his senior season this year. Lewis explains how he watches film and videos to help his game. As a defensive back, Lewis explains that he takes pride in being a leader on the Shadow Creek defense. Shadow Creek High School has been a state champ in recent years on the 5A level, which Lewis explains has helped him develop into the player he is today.

DeJuan takes his academics seriously as a student athlete, which has allowed him to picked college offers from Cologate, Nevada and Air Force. Lewis is a two sport star, who is also a big time baseball recruit.

Marc breaks down several of the top teams in Houston, as well a two big games featuring playoff teams from 2020. Marc also feature three HISD teams: Yates, Lamar, and Heights. Some of the players to watch in week Zero that Marc talks about are: Bishop Davenport QB (Spring HS), Jalen Morrison QB (Heights), and Denver Harris DB (North Shore)
