Coaching Changes — Tulia

Tulia has hired Randy Scott to be their next head coach. Scott will replace Eric Wilson who resigned at the end of the season after leading the Hornets for the past twelve seasons.

Wilson finishes his career at Tulia with a 42-83 record. It ended though with his team going 0-6 before forfeiting the rest of games because of a low number of participants. Before last season he had guided the Hornets to a school record five straight playoff appearances from 2003-2007. Scott comes over after being an assistant at Lone Oak.

Tulia will be a member of District 1-2A Division II along with Abernathy, Amarillo Highland Park, Dimmitt, Floydada, Sanford-Fritch and Spearman.
