2011 Coaching Change: Yorktown Wildcats

Old Head Coach: Kerry Huddleston -- Leaving to be the defensive coordinator at 1A Miles. He is leaving the Wildcats after leading them to a 21-13 record over the last 3 seasons. The 3 seasons before he arrived, Yorktown was 7-23. His other head coaching job was with 1A Runge from 1999-2000 where his teams went 10-10. His overall coaching record is 31-23.

New Head Coach: Trey Alexander -- Has been an assistant at Nixon-Smiley, Stockdale and Giddings. Alexander is also the High School Principal.

Team News: The Wildcats have had 3 consecutive non-losing seasons.
