Mike Says: Cedar Park surprised everyone during their win last year. Austin Lake Travis will once again feature a lot of talented players. Quarterback Baker Mayfield (2,338 29 TDS also 2nd leading rusher with 612 yards and 8 TDs), WR Zach Austin (45-870 13) and WR Griffin Gilbert (33-680 11) head up the offense. Their defense features DB Zach Streuling (105 tackles 4 INTs), LB Corbin Crow (106 tackles), DL Tyler Paulsen (5.5 sacks 46 tackles) and DB Dane Balazs (4 INTs 46 tackles). Lake Travis may be the best team in the state including 5A. The CAVALIERS win 35-20!!!
Chris Says: This is one of those games that you would say Austin Lake Travis may overlook on their way to bigger and better things. That may have happened last year, but not this time around. The "Drive for Five is Still Alive" in Lake Travis and they are not going to let Cedar Park surprise them again this year. The CAVALIERS win 30-21!!!
