2012 Coaching Change: Dickinson Gators
Old Head Coach: Warren Trahan -- Retiring after leading the Gators to a 66-60 record over the last 12 seasons. He was also a head coach at Cypress Fairbanks (1982-1991, 61-45-4) and Bay City (1992-1999, 67-20-2). His all-time coaching record ends at 194-125-6. This puts him in 92nd place on the all-time coaching wins list.
New Head Coach: John Snelson -- From 5A Pasadena Memorial where he coached the Mavericks to a 37-30-1 record over the last 6 years.
Team News: The Gators are on 4 year downward spiral. They won 9 games in 2008, 7 in 2009, 6 in 2010 and 4 in 2011.
