Waller Hires Former Texas State Coach

2012 Coaching Change: Waller Bulldogs
Old Head Coach: Jason Morley -- Leaving after leading the Bulldogs to a 16-26 record over the last 4 seasons. This was his first head coaching job.
New Head Coach: Brad Wright -- From 3A Wharton where he led the Tigers to a 6-7 record. Wharton won two playoff games for the first time since 1950. He was the head coach at Texas State University from 2007-2010 going 23-23. He was also the head coach at Karnes City 1997-1998 (10-10), East Bernard 1999 (8-4) and New Braunfels Canyon 2000-2003 (18-24). He now has an all-time high school coaching record of 42-45-0.
Team News: The Bulldogs will move over to District 18-4A with the latest UIL re-alignment. Other schools in the district are Brenham, Bryan Rudder, Caney Creek, Huntsville, Magnolia, Magnolia West, Montgomery and Willis.
