2012 Coaching Change: Garrison Bulldogs

Old Head Coach: Craten Phillips -- Left for 2A Sonora. He led the Bulldogs to a 40-19-0 over the past 5 years.

New Head Coach: Craig Barker -- Was the offensive coordinator at 3A Henderson.

Team News: They will move up to Class 2A Division II after playing in Class 1A Division II last year. They will be in District 10 with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Arp, Frankston, Gladewater Union Grove, Hawkins, West Rusk and Winona.
