Trinity Hires Smith To End Losing Streak

2012 Coaching Change: Trinity Tigers
Old Head Coach: Chuck Langston -- Reassigned after leading the Tigers to a 9-20 record over the last 3 years. Before coming to Trinity he had been an assistant coach at the University of Oklahoma. He had also been the head coach at Trinity Valley Community College in Oklahoma.
New Head Coach: Jarrod Smith -- Was the offensive coordinator at Cameron Yoe. He has also been an assistant at Riesel.
Team News: The Tigers are on a 10 year losing streak. They will stay in Class 2A Division I District 11 with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Crockett, Elkhart, Franklin, Palestine Westwood and Teague.
