2012 Coaching Change: Falls City Beavers
Old Head Coach: Mark Kirchhoff -- Leaving for 1A Iraan. He led the Beavers to a 137-56 record over the past 16 seasons. He was also a head coach a 6-man Eden for four seasons going 24-20. His overall coaching record is 161-76. Coach Kirchhoff’s Beavers won the Class 1A Division II state championship in 2010.
New Head Coach: Steve Marbach -- From 1A Pettus where he led the Eagles to a 52-32 record over the past 8 seasons.
Team News: The Beavers are 9-3 vs. Pettus since 1994. They will be moving to District 14-1A Division II from 16-1A with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Louise, Pettus, Runge and Woodsboro.
