2012 Coaching Change: Emory Rains Wildcats
Old Head Coach: Brandon Kidd -- Leaving to be the athletic director at 4A Cleburne. He led the Wildcats for the past 4 years to a 4-36 record. He has also been an assistant at Wichita Falls Hirschi and Fort Worth Castleberry.
New Head Coach: Derek Smith -- Was an assistant at 4A Sulphur Springs.
Team News: The Wildcats are on a 5 year losing streak. They will be staying in District 14-3A with the last UIL re-alignment. The other schools in the district will be Crandall, Kaufman, Quinlan Ford and Wills Point.
