Coaches Comments: We have many experienced returners on both sides of the ball that will benefit our team greatly. Our biggest challenge will be moving from 4A into district 10-5A. District Outlook: Allen, Plano East, Plano West and McKinney Boyd.

Mike Says: The Lions have a lot of challenges in front of them. The good news is that they have 15 starters coming back. The bad news is that they are from a 0-10 team. The defense will need to step up after giving up 433 points last season. QB Somborn and WR Shannon will need big years to get more numbers in the W column. Expect them to go 2-8 or 1-9 this season.

Chris Says: As mountains to climb go, they don't get much bigger. An 0-10 team moving up to 5A is bad enough - an 0-10 team moving into District 10-5A is just downright wrong. Last season they were "in" most of their games so all is not hopeless. McKinney has a lot of experience returning so that should translate into a couple wins right there.
