Mike Says: The Eagles are set to have a good season. They have a pretty good shot at getting that 3rd consecutive 9 win season. Look for them to go 8-2 or 9-1 in the regular season and finish 2nd in the district behind Falls City. Their Bi-District match-ups are tough though. 13-1A has 3 TOP 20 teams (Milano, Burton and Granger). Any of those games will be a rough first round opponent. Be on the look out for WR Casey Jones in our records section as it gets near the end of the season.

Chris Says: Pettus will again have a nice record and if they don't start the season with a loss to Shiner St. Paul this time around, should be without a loss come district. Falls City will provide the biggest test in district but last season's loss was close and could go the other way. If Matt Gonzales can get the ball in the hands of All-stater, Casey Jones, the Eagles can light things up on offense.
