Mike Says: The Chargers started off the season slow last year losing their first 3 games. They turned things around come district time though going undefeated in district play including a big win over Pearland to kick off district play. They bring back 11 starters and an amazing 45 lettermen from that team for this year. They have a great opening season matchup vs. Galena Park North Shore that will be very interesting. Look for them to go 8-2 or 9-1 in the regular season and win the district championship. They will probably be a Division I playoff team that will go 2 or 3 rounds into the playoffs.

Chris Says: Clear Springs has been impressive in their short existence. They came onto the scene as winners and haven't let up since. The Chargers bring back a staggering 45 lettermen although very few of them were starters. They are not afraid to schedule tough teams in pre-district with games against North Shore and La Porte in the first three weeks. These Chargers will be ready for battle by the time they win district and look for them to go three rounds deep.
