Mike Says: The Bulldawgs look to continue their success on the field. Last years offense scored a lot of points, going over the 30 point mark in 11 of their 12 games. The defense will also be very good led by LB McClinton. Look for them to go 8-2 or 9-1 in the regular season and come in 2nd in the district behind Waco Hewitt Midway. They will be a tough out in the playoffs but look for them to only go 1 or 2 rounds.

Chris Says: Copperas Cove is a team that you can always count on to field a good squad. Head Coach, Jack Welch has built a program here that is the envy of a lot of schools. While the Bulldawgs don't bring a lot of veterans back, they do return some quality players. Darius McClinton will be a leader on the defense and their running game should produce results for the offense. The Bulldawgs' schedule looks to be a little easier this season as they don't open against a team like Southlake Carroll (who only beat them by a touchdown last year.) I expect them to only be challenged by one or two teams before playoffs and then do fine until the knock heads with someone that can shut down that running game.
