LSG TEAM PREVIEW
LSG All-Time Games Of The Week Record (0-0)

Cibolo and Madison have split their season opening games for the past 2 seasons. Madison won 28-23 in 2010 while Cibolo won 35-28 last year.

  • Mike Says: Last year Cibolo played in 5 of our Games Of The Week and went 5-1 while Madison never made it to the Big Show!! This is a new year and Wow....what a game this is going to be. Cibolo lines up on offense with superstar running back Justin Stockton and then defensive backs Erik Huhn and Jordan Sterns on defense. Madison brings in a huge running game led by running backs Marquis Warford and Galen McAllister. When they want to pass they have stars led by receivers Byron Daniels and Dannon Cavil. Of course they are all protected by OL George Roberts. Their defense will be led by DL Vincent Taylor. Lots of star power in this one. Cibolo shows them how it is done under the big lights of LSG. The KNIGHTS win 30-21!!
  • Chris Says: While Madison is one of those teams that I absolutely love to watch each year, Cibolo Steele is an outright monster.  They have their hearts set on not only returning to their third straight state championship game, but they intend to win it this time.  In scrimmages they have been crazy good (even when it is nothing but backups.)  These boys are geeked!  KNIGHTS kick the season off with a win 34-18!!!
