LSG All-Time Games Of The Week Record (2-2 all-time) (1-2 in 2011) (1-0 in 2012)

2012 Games:W 68-7 Windthorst

Stamford won this matchup last year 47-21. Stamford led it 41-13 at half as QB Hutchinson rolled up 416 yards passing and 133 yards rushing through 3 quarters. On the other side, QB Paul suffered a concussion early on and was out most of the game.

  • Mike Says: Both of these teams had dominating victories last week. This game will feature two of the best Class 1A quarterbacks in Stamfords Hagen Hutchinson (5 Passing TDs) and Munday's Dee Paul (2 TDS passing, 2 TDS rushing, 2 INTs & 7 tackles as DB). Stamford will also feature LB Ty McLemore (12 tackles) while Munday has OL Logan Groves (2 pancakes) and DL Jake Myers (12 tackles). This could be a preview of the 2 state champions with Munday in DII and Stamford in DI. Munday wants revenge for last years game but Stamford is just too good. The BULLDOGS win it 35-34!!
  • Chris Says:  Stamford was in the championship game last year but in our recent poll only 22.2% thought they had a chance to "finish the job," and win a state title.  Munday also lost a state championship last season and 26.7% thought they had a chance win.  It is a slight margin, but I have to go with the fans on this one.  The MOGULS win 34-28!!!
