2013 Coaching Change: Wichita Falls Coyotes
Old Head Coach: Jayson Lavender -- Resigned afer leading the Coyotes for the past 4 seasons to a 10-30 record. Before taking over the Coyotes, he was the offensive coordinator at Mesquite and was also an assistant at. He is a 1990 Wichita Falls graduate. His dad played for the 1961 state championship team.
New Head Coach: Danny Russell -- Was the defensive coordinator at Garland since 2001. He was assistant on the 1999 Class 5A state championship team with Garland.
Team News: The Coyotes are on a 5 year losing streak going 13-37.
