Mike Says: The Lions outscored their opponents by an average of over 3 touchdowns a game last season. This year the offense may have trouble early on but the defense will be very solid. Look for them to give Cedar Park a good game for the district championship. Only 24 total points were scored in their game last year and this years total may be even lower. Another trip to the Regionals looks likely.

Chris Says: Leander was one of the biggest surprises from last season as they rolled up 11 wins and their two losses were by 4 points or less. I see them dropping a game or two more during the regular season and they won't be taking anyone by surprise this year. With Coach Clint Harper returning home to coach Marshall, the Lions will see how they gel with new coach, Lee Bridges.
