Mike Says: The Antlers will need a QB to step in and be able to get the ball to WR Ahrens in order for the offense to click this year. Another 8+ win season is in their sites. Great pre-district matchups with 5A powers Cibolo Steele and San Antonio Madison will toughen them up. Once in district, it will be between them and Alamo Heights and then one or two rounds into the playoffs.

Chris Says: Kerrville Tivy has been a quality program for years and should have another winning season in District 27-4A. If they can do well in pre-district, the Antlers could walk away with 9 wins or better. Expect Coach Jones to build on what he started last season in Kerrville and work hard to get them to double-digits in the "W" column.
