  • Mike Says: The Punchers bring back 21 all-district selections from last years Quarterfinals team. The offensive line led by Zavala and Martinez will be particularly strong. Shiner will again be their main competition in the region. Other than that this team should at least make the Quarterfinals for the 3rd consecutive year.
  • Chris Says: Mason is set to surpass last years performance.  They bring back 2/3rd of their starting lineups on offense and defense.  Their schedule is identical to last year.  There is no reason why they shouldn't meet up with Shiner again in the Quarterfinals. Last year, Shiner handled their pretty easily in that game, but a lot of learning and maturing has happened over the Summer.  Expect the Punchers to punch through to the Semis or higher this season.
