Mike Says: The Comanches had their best season since they won a state championship in 2004 last season. The bring back a lot from that team including Jacob Stafford who will be all over the field. Hallettsville will provide a tough challenge in pre-district play and Ganado will be the tough one in district. Look for them to win 8 or 9 games in the regular season and win the district title. Once in the playoffs, Mason will once again be in the way of the Regional crown. They have gone 1-2 vs. the Punchers over the last 3 seasons in the playoffs.

Chris Says: Shiner brings a lot of talent back from a very solid team. They will have a dogfight with Ganado again for the District 15-1A title but should have another great run after a tough pre-district schedule. Expect another strong playoff run that will once again run them head-on into some powerhouse teams by Quarterfinals.
