Lone Star Gridiron to attend Herbstreit Challenge

For the past three years, Burger King has teamed up with the Kirk Herbstreit Challenge in Ohio to present some of that state's top high school football talent.  Well, everyone knows that to be the best you have to bt the best - and that means TEXAS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL.

To that end, the Burger King Kirk Herbstreit Challenge is taking the show to Texas  - Texas Stadium to be exact.  This is in addition to the three locations in Ohio participating in the challenge.

Lone Star Gridiron will be on hand for the four games at Texas Stadium.

August 30: Texas Stadium, City of Irving, TX

Game One:    Justin Northwest (TX) vs. Woodland Hills (PA) 11:00 a.m. CST

Game Two:   Mansfield Timberview (TX) vs. Buford (GA) 2:00 p.m. CST

Game Three: Cedar Hill (TX) vs. LaSalle Catholic High School (OH) 5:00 p.m. CST

Game Four:    Arlington Bowie (TX) vs. Trotwood-Madison (OH) 8:00 p.m. CST
