Notes:
With the departure of QB Wes Wood and his 65 TD passes, it will be very difficult for Muleshoe to duplicate their championship season of 2008. The Mules will battle Childress for the 2-2A title and are the favorites to win it. After that they may be looking at another matchup in the regional round against Littlefield who they have faced in the playoffs for the last 3 years. They will probably not make it to the championship but will have another great season. Expect a 7-3 or 8-2 regular season with a run to the Regionals.

5 consecutive winning seaons -- all 8+ wins
5-3 vs Littlefield in the regular season ‘98-‘05
