Notes:
Rice Consolidated is one of the favorites to win a state championship in 2009. The pass/catch duo of QB Myles Dumont and WR Mario Hull where one of the best at the 7 on 7 state championships in July where they were the Runner Up to to Celina out of 32 teams. The Raiders are by far the favorites to win the district 26-2A championship and finish the regular season at 9-1 or 10-0. Once in the playoffs, it will take a team like last season (Kirbyville) to knock them out. Look for a trip to at least the semifinals and maybe their first state championship game.
